健脾益肺冲剂治疗慢阻肺稳定期呼吸肌疲劳的临床观察

Clinical Observation of "Spleen-Lung Nourishing Granule" in Treating Respiratory Muscle Fatigue of Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

为观察健脾益肺冲剂对慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期呼吸肌疲劳的治疗作用 ,6 0例慢阻肺患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,各 30例。均予以稳定期常规治疗 ,治疗组则加用健脾益肺冲剂治疗 ,疗程 2个月。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 86 7% ,对照组总有效率为 5 6 7% (P <0 0 1) ;治疗组PaO2明显提高 ,与对照组比较 ,P <0 0 5 ;治疗组FVC、MVV和MIP明显改善 ,与对照组比较 ,P <0 0 1。提示健脾益肺冲剂对慢阻肺稳定期呼吸肌疲劳有较好治疗作用。

To observe the clinical effect of 'Spleen Lung Nourishing Granule' in the treatment of respiratory muscle fatigue of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (CPOD), 60 subjects were randomized into two groups: control group in which 30 cases were treated with routine therapy and treatment group in which another 30 cases were treated with 'Spleen Lung Nourish ing Granule' besides routine therapy, with a course of 2 months. Results: The total effective rate was 86.7% in treatment group and 56.7% in control group, with a significant difference between the two rates ( P <0.01); the PaO 2 in treatment group increased obviously, with a difference in comparison with control group (P<0.05); the FVC, MVV and MIP improved strikingly in comparison with control group ( P <0.01).
