摘要
介绍了合金钢轧制工艺润滑的特点;精密合金钢轧制油的实验室研究以及实验室模拟评价结果和理化指标的确定。油品使用试验结果表明,试油可代替进口油。还介绍了试油的工业试验条件和结果。
This paper presents the nature of lubrication for alloy steel rolling, the laboratory study on alloy steel roll oil, the results of laboratory simulating evaluation and the defining of its physical and chemi- cal requirements. Results of application test indicate that the roll oil thus prepared can be used as an al- ternative to imported ones. The conditions of commercial test and its results are also given.
