摘要
石油或石油产品的样品用硝酸和过氧化氢进行高压密封溶样,使其变成无机水溶液,应用高频电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定硫、磷含量。本文研究了溶解样品的条件和仪器测定条件。该方法的磷回收率为98~102%,硫回收率为99~102%,当硫、磷含量大于0.01%时,测定硫、磷的相对标准偏差分别为1.5%和6.6%。
The samples of petroleum or petroleum products were digested with HNO_3 and H_2O_2 in a pressuri- zed stainless steel bomb. Sulphur and phosphorus contents of each sample were determined simultune- ously by ICP-AES. The oprating conditions of digestion and of determination by instrument were in- vestigated. The recovery was found to be 98~102% for both phosphorus and sulphur. The relative standard deviations are 1.5% and 6.6% for sulphur and phosphorus respectively when their contents are both above 0.01%.
