摘要 从定义用户、访问咨询 ,到满足图书馆及用户知识资源共享需求的协作关系和网络的作用等方面 ,集中论述了开展虚拟参考咨询服务要了解技术环境的重要性 ,并论证了图书馆在参考咨询过程中了解用户、恰当使用技术 。
