摘要
以α-烯烃合成油的馏分油为基础油,合理调配极压剂、减摩剂和抗氧化剂等研制了80W/90馏分型合成车辆齿轮油,实验室评定及行车试验表明,该油品性能达到了普通车辆齿轮油的规格标准。该油的换油期可达4.5×10~4km。
A synthetic 80W/90 vehicle gear lubricant has been formulated by using the distillate of α-olefin polymer as base stock with proper dosage of various additives including extreme pressure compound, antifriction agent and antioxidant. Laboratory evaluation and field test results indicate that this oil meets the specification and performance required for the general purpose vehicle gear oil. The drain period of 80W/90 geal oil is 45,000km.
