摘要
建立了催化裂化装置烧焦罐高效再生器多级混合模型,模型参数(混合槽级数)数值表明,烧焦罐内返混程度较大。以模型考察催化剂循环比对高效再生器烧焦效果的影响,循环比提高有利于降低再生剂含碳量,但循环比大于1.5后效果不明显。模拟计算还表明,只要普通两段再生器第一段密相床流化状况良好,则其烧焦效果与烧焦罐高效再生器的不相上下。
The tanks-in-series model for FCC regenerator with fast fluidization is proposed and applied to the effect of catalyst recycle ratio on the residual coke on the regenerated catalyst and to the comparison of the regenerator with fast fluidization with the ordinary two-stages regenerator. (1) The number of tanks of a commercial unit indicates that the dispersion of the fast fluidizer was high to a great extent. (2) The higher the catalyst recycle ratio, the lower the residual coke on the regenerated catalyst. (3) If the first stage of the ordinary two-stages regenerator operates well, its result is as good as that of the regenerator with fast fluidization.
