摘要
以新型复合皂稠化高粘度聚α-烯烃润滑油制成的3号高温润滑脂,经在抚顺耐火材料厂的隧道窑车轴承上应用,表明其耐热性良好,可在220℃以下长期使用,使用寿命比原用润滑脂长8倍以上,效果显著。
No.3 high temperature lubricating grease is made of high viscosity poly α-olefin thickened with a new type complex soap. It has been applied to kiln vehicle boring in tunnel of Fushun Refractory Ma- terial Plant. The results showed that it has superior heat-resistant property and can be operated under 220℃. The life of this kind of grease is over 8 times longer than the grease (calcium base complex grease with MoS_2) originally used.
