摘要
炭黑洗涤塔是渣油制氢生产合成氨装置中的一个重要设备。本文在详尽分析了导致该引进设备腐蚀原因的基础上,指出该塔衬里表面的裂纹是由应力腐蚀开裂所致,且该裂纹进入碳钢层后有可能诱发氢蚀,严重危及安全生产。为此,依据应力腐蚀理论并结合国情提出了采用新的塔体结构实现防腐的构思,不但为炭黑洗涤塔的国产化提供了一个设计方案,也为防腐领域开拓了探索新路。
Carbon black scrubber is an important equipment in synthetic ammonia plant in which residual oil is used as raw material to produce synthetic gas. This article, based on detailed analysis of the reasons leeding to corrosion of the equipments imported from abroad, indicates that the cracks on the liner sur- face are resulted by stress corrosion ruptures, and hydrogen corrosion will be possibly induced at the cracks if the cracks get into the carbon layer, and thus the safe operation will be severely endangered. Based upon the combination of stress corrosion theory and the situation in China, the conception of conducting a new scrubber body construction to pervent corrosion not only puts forward a new design for domestically mode carbon black scrubbers but also points out a new route in anti-corrosion field.
