摘要 甲醇燃料发动机台架试验和行车试验的在用油组成十分复杂。本工作运用改进的硅胶柱色谱、氧化铝柱色谱和渗析相结合的方法得到在用油的组成,并将清净分散剂富集;借助FTIR光谱仪,用涂片红外光谱法考察了台架试验在用油氧化产物的生成和抗氧化剂ZDDP(二烷基二硫代磷酸锌)的降解规律;以已知浓度的硬脂酸溶液的羰基(1710cm^2)吸收作外标,并定量地测定了在用油的羰基含量,找出了在用油在使用过程中衰变的规律,推断了可能的氧化产物种类。 The composition of used oil from engine test and road test of methanol fuelled engine is rather complicated. With column chromatography in combination with dialysis method, the composition of used oil can be determined and the detergent-despersant in the oil can also be concentrated. By FTIR spectrometry, the formation of oxidation products of used oil from engine test and the degradation of the antioxidant are investigated; furthermore, semi-quantitative determination of carbonyl group in oxidation products can be achieved by IR spectrometry with stearic acid as external standard;and then the possible kinds of oxidation products can be discriminated.
