摘要 用原位种子乳液聚合的方法合成了苯乙烯 /甲基丙烯酸 二氧化钛复合纳米微球 ,通过TEM ,FTIR等测试手段对其结构和形貌进行了表征 ,并在四球试验机上考察了其摩擦学行为 .它在室温下可分散于石蜡油中 ,但不分散于水中 .结果表明 ,复合纳米微球具有核壳结构 ,平均粒径约 5 0nm ,作为新型润滑油添加剂 ,具有良好的抗磨性能 .对其磨斑表面采用电子扫描显微镜分析表明 ,磨痕变浅 ,磨斑减小 ,有效降低了磨损 . Styrene/Mathacrylic Acid-TiO_2 composite nanospheres were prepared by step polymerization. The structure and surface characters of the nanospheres were characterized by TEM, SEM, FTIR, etc. and their tribological properties as additives in liquid paraffin were investigated with a four-ball tribometer. The sample disperses in liquid paraffin at the room temperature, but it doesn't disperse in water. The observation of TEM shows that the mean graininess of the sample is about 50nm, and the distribution of graininess is in uniformity. The tribological tests showed that the synthetic nanospheres as additive in liquid paraffin improved the antiwear ability of the morphologies of the worn surfaces. This indicates that the additive results in reducing diameter of wear scar and decreasing wear.
