摘要
根据联合投标伙伴选择决策特征 ,针对联合投标伙伴选择过程中决策因素多、信息量大、候选投标伙伴数量多等问题 ,运用遗传算法基本思想 ,构造灰色效果测度适应度函数 ,设计搜索调整机制 ,结合算例 ,给出使用基于GA算法的科技项目联合投标伙伴选择模型的一般过程 .该模型具有快速收敛、鲁棒性和全局最优搜索能力 .
A GA-based decision model of partner selection during bidding was presented. After a grey-effect-measurement was developed based on fitness function and an adaptive mechanism was designed, an instance was presented to illustrate the whole process of the application of this GA model. This model has quick convergence, robustness and capability of searching the optimal solution within defined space.
