从食物中毒标本中分离出产肠毒素性大肠杆菌

摘要 产肠毒素性大肠杆菌(以下称ETEC)引起的急性腹泻文献报道较多。而由ETEC引起的集团性食物中毒国内文献未见报道。1987年3月20日,驻宁某学院学员食堂晚餐因供应未煮熟萝卜、韭菜、肉馅水饺,学员进食后发生一起以腹痛、腹泻(黄水样便)、呕吐为主要症状的病人45例。经流行病学、临床分析和细菌学检验,证实属于ETEC引起的食物中毒,现将实验室结果报道如下。 This article reports the alimentary toxicosis resulted from ETEC. By experiment, ETEC were isolated from material related to toxicosis, such as raw meat, Cooked dumplings and liquid stool of acute diarrhea patients. There were no differences between ETEC and E.Coli in ecology and biochemistry. IMVIC experiment presented typical Coli reaction. Determination of Coli bacteriotoxin showed LT and ST were both positive reaction. ETEC were sensitive to majority of antibiotics in drug sensitivity test. It is a matter of great significance to isolate ETEC in prevention of alimentary toxicosis and further investigation of biological characteristics, disease mechanism and epidemiology of ETEC.
