用糠醛和ER双溶剂精制大庆原油润滑油馏分的研究 被引量:10

摘要 通过大庆原油润滑油馏分在小型间歇式和连续式抽提装置上试验,考察了糠醛和ER的混合溶剂配比、抽提温度、溶剂比对精制油收率及质量的影响,并将试验数据在茂名石化公司第三套糠醛精制装置上估算能耗,结果表明,双溶剂精制与糠醛精制相比,在精制油收率和质量相当的情况下,能耗降低23.7%。 Solvent refining experiments for Daqing lubrication oil fractions have been conducted in bench scale batchwise and continueous extraction experimental units with furfural and bisolvent (mixture of furfural and ER solvent). The effects of furfural/ER ratio, extraction temperature and solvent/oil ra- tio on the yield and quality of refined oil are investigated. The results thus obtained are used to estimate the energy consumption of No.3 furfural refining unit of Maoming refinery, showing that, by repla- cing furfural with bisolvent, the energy consumption can be reduced by 23.7% while the yield and quality of the refined oil are kept unchanged.
