摘要
本文介绍了在提升管中型试验装置上进行的催化裂解(Ⅱ型)制取异构烯烃的研究结果。中试评价了新研制的3种催化裂解(Ⅱ型)催化剂;考察了不同原料油的裂解反应结果;并研究了反应温度、反应压力、反应时间、剂油比及操作方式等过程参数对异丁烯及异戊烯产率的影响。中试结果表明,采用新研制的催化剂,在催化裂解(Ⅱ型)的操作条件下,VGO原料的异丁烯及异戊烯产率均可超过6w%,并可同时生产大量的丙烯及高辛烷值汽油。
This paper presents the experimental results of isoolefins production by DCC-Ⅱ conducted in a riser pilot plant. Three newly developed catalysts have been evaluated; results of various feedstocks have been compared; and effects of the process parameters such as temperature, pressure, reaction time, cat. /oil ratio and operation mode on yields of isobutylene and isoamylene have been studied. The re- sults show that the isobutylene and isoamylene yields both over 6 % (w) can be obtained from a VGO feedstock accompanied with a significant yield of propylene and high octane gasoline if newly deve- loped catalysts and special DCC-Ⅱ operation conditions are used.
