摘要
本文阐述了80×10~4t/a延迟焦化装置工艺设计的新思路,对焦炭塔取消堵焦阀后的暖塔新流程进行了说明。文中还就延迟焦化装置首次加工印度尼西亚韦杜里渣油和米纳斯渣油生产石油焦的质量和操作条件作了介绍。还就大循环比条件下,对延迟焦化装置的物料平衡和操作参数的影响作了说明。为了改进延迟焦化生产操作,延长焦炭塔使用寿命,作者对新设计的焦化装置和老焦化装置的技术改造提出建议。
The process design criterion for the new 80×10~4t/a delayed coker, which was put on stream in early 1992, is presented and the new coke drum warming process without coke check valve is described. The quality of the coke obtained by delayed coking of Widuri and Minas residua (both from Indonesia) as well as the operation conditions in given. The influ- ence of increasing recycle ratio on the material balance and operation parameters is discussed. Suggestions for the design of new delayed cokers and the revamping of existing ones aimed at improving coking operation and extending the life of coke drum are put forward.
