摘要
铝粉生产是军事工业的一项重要内容,因此铝尘的危害早就引起人们的关注。自从1940年Goralewski首先报告铝尘肺以来,各国学者对金属铝尘的致病作用进行过一些研究,一般认为它具有一定的致纤维化作用。这些观察主要是利用光镜对纤维化过程进行研究的结果,对认识铝尘肺的病理有一定的价值。但是尚未见到有关超微结构改变的报告,更未见到对肺毛细血管进行研究。我们应用电镜观察了大鼠长期吸入铝尘时肺组织的超微结构改变,并发现其毛细血管有特殊改变,现整理发表供对其发病机理进行探讨。
Six rats were eXposed to aluminium dust for 12-14 months. Dust was inhaled 4-6 hours a day. 75% of the dust particles were smaller than 4 microns. The dust Concentration was 26400 particles / ml. Hyperplasia of type Ⅱ pulmonary epithelia Was observed. The microvilli of these cells became fused or even disappeared. The mitochondria were swollen and the laminar bodies were vesiculated. Capillary endothelia in the alveolar septum were swollen significantly, which resulted constriction of the capillary lumen. Fibrobiasts, collagen fibers and plasma cells accumulated in the alveolar septum and formed collular nodules.
