摘要
分析了彩色套印误差的检测原理 ,提出了一种消除光电探测器光谱响应不均匀和彩色印刷系统走纸速度不稳定所引起的检测误差的方法 根据此方法设计了一套高精度色标检测系统 ,该系统以色标脉冲中心位置延迟一定时间之后的时刻作为色标到来时间的标志 。
The principle of detecting overprinting deviation is analyzed and a method to avoid the overprinting detection error caused by the spectrum response of the photoelectrical detector is discussed. Based on this method, a precision color mark detecting device is designed, which can obtain the constant time delayed pulse of the centre of each color mark pulse. The delayed pulse is exactly correlative to the color mark and a high measurement precision can be reached with this designed device.
