摘要 采用流动式采样与气相色谱 -质谱联用法研究了意大利撒丁岛 Noak’s Ark自然生态区四种主要灌木树种Juniperus phoenicea(腓尼基桧 ) ,Pistacia lentiscus(黄连木 ) ,Phillyrea angustifilia,Chamaerops humilis(欧洲矮棕 )的排放速率和排放特征。结果表明 ,Juni Perus phoenicea(腓尼基桧 ) ,Pistacia lentiscus(黄连本 ) ,Phillyrea angustifilia主要排放萜烯类化合物 ,其中包括α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、苎烯、戊花烃、莰烯、β-水芹烯、桧烯、β-香叶烯和 3-蒈烯等 ;Chamaerops hu-milis(欧洲矮棕 )主要排放异戊二烯。在标准条件下 (温度 30℃ ,PAR为 10 0 0 μmol.m- 2 .s- 1 ) ,四种树种的排放速率分别为 0 .15、2 .10、0 .2 0和 1.87μg/ g(DW) .h。 The emission rates and emission characteristics of the four main Mediterranean macchia(Juniperus phoenicea,Pistacia lentiscus,Phillyrea angustifilia and Chamaerops humilis)in Noak's Ark reserve,Sardinia,Italy have been studied using Mobile Sampling and GC-MS method.The results have shown that Juniperus phoenicea,Pistacia lentiscus and Phillyrea angustifilia mainly emit terpenoid compounds,including α-pinene,β-pinene,Limonene,p-cymene,camphene,β-phellandrene,sabinene,β-myrcene and 3-carene;Chamaerops humilis mainly emits isoprene.Under normal state(temperature of 30℃,PAR of 1000μmol.m -2 .s -1 ),the emission rates of the four plants are 0.15?2.10?0.20 and 1.87μg/g(DW).h respectively.
