摘要
针对绝缘材料厂酚醛树脂生产废水高酚高醛的水质特点 ,研究了二次缩合—化学氧化—粉煤灰吸附组合处理工艺。结果表明 ,经该工艺处理后不仅出水酚含量可降至 0 .3mg/L以下 ,CODcr1 0 .2 mg/L左右 ,各项水质指标均达到了 GB8978- 96污水综合排放一级标准 ,同时还可回收一定数量的树脂。
The wastewater from phenolic resin production contains high concentration of phenol and formaldehyde.Compounding technology of secondary condensation,chemical oxidation and fly ash adsorption is studied.The results show that the final concentration of phenol is below 0.3mg/L,CODcr is reduced to 10.2mg/L,and every quality index of water reaches the class I comprehensive effluent standard of GB8978-96.In addition,a certain amount of phenolic resin can be recovered.
