摘要 目的 :观察聚乙二醇电解质散清洁肠管的效果和安全性。方法 :应用聚乙二醇电解质散进行结肠镜检查前肠道准备 ,14 4例病人随机分为A组和B组 ,A组口服聚乙二醇电解质散 ,B组口服Niflec。观察服药过程中排便情况 ,肠腔清洗效果和气泡存在情况 ,比较服药前后 3d大便性状及次数 ,记录不良反应。结果 :14 3例病人完成研究 ,其中A组 71例 ,B组 72例。两组病人在服药后约 1~ 1.5h开始排便 ,排便 4~ 8次后即可接受肠镜检查 ,两组清洁肠道的有效率均为 10 0 %。A组 2例、B组1例出现轻度恶心、头昏和头痛。两组在排便时间、肠腔清洗效果、服药前后大便性状和次数及不良反应间比较无显著差异。结论 :聚乙二醇电解质散应用于结肠镜检查前肠道准备安全有效 ,准备时间短 ,不需要饮食限制 。 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of polyethylene glycol-electrolyte powder in the bowel preparation for colonoscopy.Methods: 144 patients undergoing colonoscopy were randomized to either polyethylene glycol-electrolyte powder (group A) or Niflec (group B) for bowel preparation. The quality of feces removal and the bowel cleanness were assessed. Changes in bowel habits were compared. The reverse reactions were obtained.Results: 143 cases including 71 in group A and 72 in group B finished the study. Patients in two groups began to go to stool 1-1.5 hours after taking medicine, after stool discharge about 4-8 times later patients receieved colonoscopy. The effective rate of bowel cleanness was 100% in two groups. Mild nausea, dizziness and headache occurred in two cases of group A and one case of group B. There were no remarkable differences in bowel discharge time, bowel cleanness, bowel habits and reverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion: Polyethylene glycol-electrolyte powder is safe and effective in the bowel preparation for colonoscopy. It has the benefits of substantially less preparation time and dietary freedom.
