摘要
本文主要介绍了除虫菊鲜花的真空冷冻干燥技术的原理、条件和操作步骤。对气流干燥、远红外线(或烘箱)干燥、日光自然干燥及真空冷冻干燥四种干燥方法对除虫菊花的干燥条件、干花中水分含量和花中除虫菊素萃取进行了比较;还对真空冷冻干燥法工艺中影响除虫菊干燥后产品质量的温度及其升降速率、时间进行了探讨。该干燥技术具有干燥速率快、效率高、产品质量好的特点。冻干后的花中涂虫菊素萃取率达97.02%,干花中水分含量≤1.5%。
The paper introduced the principle ,the test conditions and the operation steps of dry-ing the pyrethrum flower ;The four drying methods :drying the air flow ,far infrared ray ,sunsh-ing and vacuum were described ;The drying conditions ,the moisture of tile dry flower and extrac-tion.efficiency of the pyrethrin were studied ;The drying technology was quick and efficiency.the product quality was excellent.The extraction efficiency of the pyrethrin was97.02%.
