摘要
畜群遗传改良的原始动力来自一代超过一代的优秀公牛 ,发达国家优秀公牛的精液是全球化高科技高投入的遗传材料 ,国内外遗传改良的成果 95 %以上归功于人工授精。中国完全可以依靠现有的 30 0万头荷斯坦母牛基础群 ,大面积采用国外相对廉价而优秀的公牛精液进行人工授精 ;同时结合使用国外顶尖公母牛胚胎培育小公牛 ,不经后测直接做种的方法 ,经过 1 0a (约5个世代 )的繁育 ,生产出 1 0 0 0万头左右达到北美当时遗传水平和生产能力的优质母牛。采用人工授精方案的资金投入为胚胎移植方案的 1 2 2~ 1 1 2 。
The original motive force of the heredity improvement in cow herd is the more and more outstanding bull. The sperm from the excellent bull is the inheretance material with high science and technique and huge investment. About 95% of the positive results of the heredity improvement owe to artificial insemination. After the 10 years breeding (about 5 generations),depending on the 3 million basic cows, we can use artificial insemination with relative cheap and outstanding sperm, combined with embryo transfer,using the embryos from the excellent cow and bull for cultivating the breeding bull without proven, to reproduce about 10 million cows which have high heredity and high productive performances as good as the cows in North America at that time. The investment of artificial insemination programme is 1/22~1/12 comparing to the programme of embryo transfer, but the improvement effects are almost the same.
