摘要
以室内苗期低钾介质中筛选出的 1 0个耐低钾变异后代和其对应的 5个接受外源DNA导入的水稻亲本为材料 ,比较研究在正常钾和低钾 2个水平下的根系生理 ,发现在低钾条件下耐低钾后代的根长、根干重均比其受体要大 ,根系活力比其受体要强 ,表现出受缺钾影响较小的特性。
