摘要
笔者 1 999~ 2 0 0 2年对水稻花粉管通道法育种进行了研究。试验共 1 6 4个组合 ,试验总颖花数 1 1 71 5朵 ,收获 4 5 97粒 ,获得 1 999、 2 0 0 0年试验产生的变异材料 2 5 1株 ,有潜在生产应用价值的品系 3个 ,2 0 0 2年参加黑龙江省第二积温带水稻预备试验品系 1个。 2 0 0 0~ 2 0 0 2年对其后代材料进行了详细的田间观察和室内考种分析 ,结果表明 :应用水稻花粉管通道法导入外源总DNA能够产生水稻变异材料 ,而且变异材料的产生与配置组合亲缘关系远近和品种特性有关。水稻变异材料后代稳定较快 ,较常规育种方法稳定速度快 3~ 5年 ,是一条切实、有效、可行的育种方法。
Have studied on Rice Breeding by Pollen-tube pathway from 1999 to 2002 Together 162 combinations and their 11715 flowers have been tested.Have obtained 251 mutative rice that had come from materials which had been tested in 1999 and in 2000,and have achieved top three mutative rice materials that may be applied to field Through observed in detail in field and analyzed carefully the offspring materials from 2000 to 2002,the results demonstrated that it were viable to obtain mutative materials of rice by pollen-tube pathway Bringing mutative materials have something to do with testing combination and testing varieties Compared with conventional breeding,offspring materials purify faster by 3~5 years by pollen-tube pathway breeding It is an effective and practicable method to create mutativematerial of rice
