摘要 通过对双子叶植物拟南芥和金鱼草花器官突变体的研究 ,建立了花器官发育的ABC模型。水稻作为单子叶植物的模式植物 ,其花器官发育已经成为植物分子遗传学研究的热点。近年来有关花器官发育的基因研究已经取得了很大的进展 ,从ABC模型、MADS盒转录因子以及水稻花器官发育的ABC模型等 3方面介绍了近年来国内外的研究进展。 s:Studies of floral homeotic mutants of Arabidopsis and Antirrhinumled to the proposal of the ABC model of flower development Rice (Oryza sativaL ) is a model species for studying molecular biology and development biology ofmonocotyledon Study of rice floral organs development has become a focus of plant molecular genetics Recently notable progress has been made in the study of gene regulation in floral development In this review,ABC model,MADS-box transcription,the ABC model of rice floral organs are summarized
