摘要
本文阐述了河北省耕地资源变化趋势及特点 ,并对未来耕地需求作了分析 ,提出加入WTO后 。
This paper expounds the changing tendency as well as characteristics of arable land resources in Hebei province,analyses the requiurement for arable land in the future,and put forward some countermeasures for protecting arable land in Hebei province after entering WTO.
