摘要
研究了SiC颗粒增强6061铝合金对碳基复合材料干滑动摩擦中的过渡期行为.用盘块式摩擦试验机,通过卸/加载的实验方式,间接观察了滑动初期初始温度的影响.研究的重点是过渡期持续时间与卸/加载间歇时间之间的关系.分析了载荷对过渡期持续时间的影响.表明过渡期的持续时间随卸/加载间歇时间的增加而增加,显现出指数的规律.每次重新加载时摩擦系数的初始值随间歇时间减少而增大,间歇时间接近于零时,则几乎不发生变化.
Behavior occurred in transition period of a dry sliding process, for SiC_particulate_reinforced 6061 aluminum alloy against carbon matrix composite, were investigated. A block_on_disc type friction tester was used to examine the influence of initial temperature as sliding beginning through unloading/reloading tests. The point was focused on relationship between the duration of transition period and the intermittent time that was from unloading to reloading. Furthermore, influence of load on the duration of transition period was discussed. The results showed that the duration of transition period increased with the increasing intermittent time of unloading/reloading, and appeared an exponential function law. On the other hand, the initial coefficient of friction as every reload beginning was increased with the intermittent time decreased, and it almost did not change when the intermittent time approached zero.
