摘要
分析了汽车用发动机机架的结构特点及要求,用注压机生产发动机机架,实现了产品硫化的全自动生产。介绍注压模具的结构设计、操作过程,用此方法生产发动机机架,提高了生产效率,保证了产品质量,降低了工人的劳动强度。
The structure and requirement of engine rack for automobile were analyzed. The engine racks for automobile were manufactured by injection molding machine, the process automation was realized. The structure design and process of the injection mould were introduced. The engine rack had increased production efficiency, better quality and lower intensity of labour.
