摘要
以高品质棉"科棉2号"为材料,研究高品质棉的棉铃发育及形成规律。结果表明:科棉2号棉铃在发育过程中,具有"库容"较强的生理优势,单铃铃壳重高于常规棉"泗棉3号",两者铃壳干重最大值分别为2 11g和1 43g;但科棉2号未受精胚珠和受精后败育胚珠较多,单铃不孕籽率达27 52%,比泗棉3号18 99%高8 53个百分点;科棉2号光合产物多,但结籽效率低,这是其单铃纤维积累量较少的主要原因。
The boll development and formation of 'Kemian 2' with high quality was studied in this paper. The results showed that: Kemian 2 showed relatively strong physiological advantage in 'source'. Dry weight per boll shell of Kemian 2 was higher that of conventional cotton 'Simian 3', the maximum value of diy weight per boll shell of Kemian 2 and Simian 3 were 211 g and 143 g, respectively. Compared with Simian 3, Kemian 2 had more unfertilized and useless ovules after fertilization, the ratio of nonpregnant seed increased by 853 percentage point. Although accumulation amount of photosynthetic matter increased, lower seed setting rate was main reason for Kemian 2 had less the accumulation amount of fiber per boll.
