摘要
目的 :观察32P_玻璃微球 (32P_GM)治疗脾功能亢进症的疗效。方法 :采用含纯 β射线的32P_GM作为栓塞材料治疗试验性脾功能亢进。(1)分0 ,1 11 ,2 22 ,4 44 ,8 88MBq脾组织的 32P_GM5个组 ,直接脾内注射治疗实验性脾功能亢进大鼠 ,选择最适剂量 ;(2)脾动脉内灌注给药治疗实验性脾功能亢进杂种狗。结果 :给以2 22～4.44MBq/g 治疗量 ,血白细胞及血小板水平明显升高 ,脾脏体积缩小达35%～67 % ,伴有明显的纤维化 ,并且持续3个月以上。结论 :32P_GM脾动脉栓塞治疗动物脾功能亢进安全有效 ,切实可行。
Objective:To experimentally study the effect of soft-β-ray internal irradiation therapy on patients with hypersplenism.Methods:32P_glass micro-sphere(32P_GM)containing pure β-ray was used as embolizing material to treat hypersplenism.First,the dosages of 0,1.11,2.22,4.44 and 8.88 MBq of 32P_GM were used to treat 5 groups of rat with experimental hypersplenism so as to select the fittest dosage.Then,this dosage was used to treat the experimental hypersplenism of hybrid dogs through intraspleenartery infusion.Results:When the dosages of 2.22～4.44 MBq/g of 32P_GM were used,the levels of white blood cell and blood platelet significantly increased and the size of spleen decreased to 1/3 to 1/2 of origen,accompanied by obvious fibrosis.These results lasted for more than 3 months.Conclusion:The spleen embolization is proved to be safe and effective and can be used treat hypersplenism.
