SARS患者患病过程中白细胞及T细胞亚群变化的动态观察

摘要 目的 :了解严重急性呼吸综合征 (SARS)患者患病过程中白细胞及T细胞亚群的变化。方法 :对天津市肺科医院2003年4月—2003年7月间收治的17例SARS患者进行回顾性研究。结果 :白细胞计数在发病第1周明显低于正常 (P<0.05) ,淋巴细胞绝对值在病程的前2周低于正常值 (P<0.05) ;淋巴细胞百分率在前4周内均低于正常 (P均<0.05)。在最初发病的2周内 ,CD 3、CD 4T淋巴细胞百分率低于正常 (P<0.05) ;CD 8T淋巴细胞仅在第1周时降低 (P<0.05)。结论 :淋巴细胞、T细胞亚群的改变可作为SARS诊断的重要指标 ,可以指导临床免疫增强剂和免疫抑制剂的应用。 Objective:To dynamically observe the changes of while blood cells(WBC)and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS).Methods:A restrospective study was performed to analyze the related manifeatations of 17 patients with SARS in Tianjin Pulmonary Hospital from April to July 2003.Results:In these patients,the WBC counts in the first week of course,the T lymphocyte absolute counts in the first 2 weeks and the ratio of T lymphocytes in the previous 4 weeks were significantly lower than the normal (all P<0.05).As to the T lymphocyte subsets,the percentage of CD 3 and CD 4 T cells in the previous 2 weeks were obviously lower than the normal too,but CD 8 T cells reduced merely in the first week of course(both P<0.05).Conclusion:The changes of lymphocytes and T cell subsets are the important parameters in SARS diagnosis and may act as an useful instruction for the application of immune enhancement agents and immunosuppressive agents.
