延髓病变的临床与MRI诊断
摘要
延髓体积小、解剖结构复杂,内部有重要的上下行传导束与神经核团。延髓病变种类繁多,不同部位的病变具有特定的临床症状和体征。MRI是延髓病变最主要的影像学检查技术。除少数疾病(主要是肿瘤及海绵状血管瘤)有相对特异的MRI表现外,多数延髓病变单纯根据MRI表现常难以确诊,必须密切结合疾病的临床特点、发病经过、临床治疗过程及相关实验室检查等进行综合考虑。
