摘要
对马兰种子进行发芽试验,结果表明,不同栽培模式和不同栽培基质对马兰种子发芽存在着显著差异,采用保护地栽培并同时采用鸡粪+废菌棒的基质配方,是本次试验选出的理想栽培模式和栽培基质配方,马兰平均出苗株数可达299株/m2,可以作为马兰周年高产栽培技术加以应用。
Experiment on seed germination of Kalimeris indica showed that different cultivation pattern and different cultivation substrate had evident significance on its germination. An ideal cultivation patten and substrate recipe was selected. With poultry dung+waste substrate for cultivation of mushroom as substrate, and cultivated at protective area, mean seedling emerged could reach 299/m2.
