碾磨细度对稻谷粘度测定结果的影响

扦取不同的稻谷样品 ,用不同型号粉碎机进行碾磨 ,采用毛细管法测定其粘度。结果表明 ,粉碎机的碾磨速度越快 ,大米粉细度越高 ,检测出的粘度就越高 ;反之越低。

Different type of mills were used to mill different samples of grain.Then capillary viscometer was used to determine the viscosity of the samples.The results showed that the quicker the speed of the crushing mill ran,the higher the finess degree and viscosity were.
