This paper discusses how the Planck formula for black-body radiation can be simplified as Rayleigh-Jeans Law under the condition of low frequency. When the frequency of radiation gets higher, the Planck formula for black-body radiation can be abridged to Wien formula. This also is referred to Wien Displacement Law.
