摘要
研究加工助剂ZD 2在载重斜交轮胎胎冠胶和肩垫胶配方中的应用效果。加入ZD 2 ,可减小胶料的门尼粘度 ,延长门尼焦烧时间 ,提高硫化胶的拉伸强度、3 0 0 %定伸应力、撕裂强度及耐磨性能 ,降低密炼机生产能耗和胶料的生热 。
The application of processing aid ZD 2 in the crown and shoulder pad compounds was investigated.The results showed that the Mooney viscosity of compounds decreased,the Mooney scorch time extended,the tensile strength,modulus at 300%,tear strength and wear resistance of vulcanizates increased,the energy consumption of internal mixer and the heat build up of compounds lowered and the endurance and speed performance of finished tire improved by adding ZD 2.
