Application of domestic antioxidant ODPA in insulating compound of inner liner for all-steel radial truck tire

研究国产防老剂OD在全钢载重子午线轮胎内衬层隔离胶中的应用 ,并与进口同类产品进行对比试验。红外光谱分析表明国产防老剂OD的成分与进口同类产品相吻合 ,等量替代进口产品可赋予硫化胶较好的物理性能和热老化性能 。

The application of domestic antioxidant ODPA in the insulating compound of inner liner for all steel radial truck tire was investigated,and a comparative test between ODPA and corresponding imported product was made.It was found by infrared spectroscopic analysis that the composition of domestic antioxidant ODPA was similar to that of imported product.The better physical properties and heat aging properties of vulcanizate were obtained and the splice strength of insulating compound for inner liner improved by replacing the imported product with the domestic product at the equal weight.
