手性二噁唑啉和二噁唑啉吡啶的合成 被引量:3

Synthesis of Chiral Bis(oxazoline) and Bis(oxazolinylpyridine)

摘要 以手性氨基醇为起始原料,经过酰化,氯代和环合反应,合成了两类手性二唑啉配体:三齿型的二唑啉吡啶(1)和二齿型的二唑啉(2).比较了不同的合成方法,分析鉴定了相关合成中间体.观察到二唑啉在硅胶中的分解开环. Two kinds of chiral bis(oxazoline), tridentate bis(oxazolinylpyridine) (1) and bidentate bis(oxazoline) (2) were synthesized from amino alcohols via acylation, chloration and cyclyzation. Different synthetic methods have been tested. Some related intermediates have been characterized. Ring opening compounds of bis(oxazoline) on silica have been observed. 
