药食两用植物降血脂功能研究进展

Research progress in blood-lipid lowering function of two plants

对药食两用中药中降血脂功能性成分进行了综述,特别是对目前广泛存在于植物界的黄酮类化合物从其多种生物学作用、提取方法及应用进行了阐述,为该功能性成分的开发利用提供了参考,并说明黄酮类化合物是一类来源广泛,毒副作用少,具多种用途的天然植物成分。

This paper summarized the function of the falvones in Chinese traditional medicine which can be eaten, and expounded biological function, extract method and its application of the flavons which exist in nature widely. It can give some help in developing blood-lipid lowering food. The paper plans to verify that the flavons is a natural component which has rich sources, small toxicity and more uses.
