摘要
采用热激电流法对ZnS:Er交流薄膜电致发光器件中深能级的测量结果,推测了几种深能级的产生机制。
In this article, the authors measure the deep energy level in device of ZnS:Er alternating current thin film electroluminescence by the method of thermal activation current, and conjecture the producing mechanism of deep energy level.
