摘要
将小波包分析应用于往复泵的故障特征提取中,建立了往复泵小波神经网络故障诊断模型。使用小波包分析的特征提取功能以及神经网络的非线性映射功能能够较好地完成从振动信号到往复泵故障的分类。以此为基础开发出的故障诊断软件系统具有使用的特征量较少、建造故障诊断系统较为简单等优点。通过对液力端的多故障诊断检验表明,该系统完全能够较准确地识别出往复泵多种常见故障。
This paper makes an approach on the feature extraction of reciprocating pump with wavelet packet analysis, and establishes a failure diagnosis model of wavelet packet neural network of reciprocating pump. This model can realize the nonlinear mapping of vibration signal measured under the condition of a reciprocating pump. Based on the model, a failure identification software system of reciprocation pump is developed. The test of practical examples shows that this new method can lead to accurate identification results in the familiar failure of reciprocating pump with less feature variables.
