胃管“∞”悬吊法应用研究

The study on application of "∞" style suspension of stomach tube during clinical mursing

目的探讨胃管“∞”悬吊法在临床护理中的应用效果。方法将需要留置胃管的 32 6例患者分为实验组 (1 6 5例 )和对照组 (1 6 1例 ) ,实验组采用胃管“∞”悬吊法 ,对照组用传统法。结果两种胃管固定法差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1 )。结论胃管“∞”悬吊法明显优于传统胶布固定法。

Objective To study the effect of applying“∞”style suspension of stomach tube during clinical nursing. Method 326 cases patients who need retaining stomach tube were selected and divided into experimental group (165 cases) and control group with routine fix method (161 cases),then effect between them was compared. Result There is significant difference between the two kinds of stomach tube fixing method( P <0.01). Conclusion The “∞”style suspension of stomach tube excelled the routine adhessive plaster fixing method.
