摘要
以交51、苏37、苏1-1、77-1等10个玉米骨干自交系为亲本,按Griffing方法Ⅳ配成45个组合,以单株产量为依据进行系统的聚类分析,结果表明,78599-141与035-6之间的优势距离最短,仅为0.14,优势最小,其次是类{78599-141、035-6}与4011,优势距离为6.6,最大优势距离在类{交51、自330、苏37、78599-141、4011、77-1、苏1-1、035-6}与类{32-2、5311}之间,优势距离达33.9。分析还表明,其10个玉米骨干自交系可以划分为4大杂种优势群:{交51}简称交51类;{自330、78599-141、4011、77-1、035-6}简称改良Lancaster类;{32-2、5311}简称32-2类;{苏37、苏1-1}简称苏37类。
By the method Ⅳ of B. Griffing,Cluster analysis was done based on heterosis distance from diallel crosses of ten maize inbred lines of Guizhou. The heterosis distance of 78599 -141 and 035 -6 is 0. 14,group{78599 -141 ,035 -6} and 4011 is 6. 6 .group { Jiao51 ,Zi330,Su37 ,78599 - 141,4011,77 - 1 ,Sul - 1,035 - 6 } and group {32 - 2,5311 } is 33. 9. The results showed that the ten lines could be divided into four heterosis groups according to relevant parentages. Croup I contains Jiao 51;Group Ⅱ consists of Zi -330,78599-141,4011 ,77 -1,035 -6;Group Ⅲ consists of 32 -2, 5311 ;GroupⅣconsists of Su 37 ,Sul - 1.
