摘要
自动分析仪总氮、总磷分析方法研究共设8个处理,实验结果表明,第E处理(即称样0.125g,加入硫酸铜0.125g,硫酸钾1.25g,浓硫酸9mL,消化后定容250mL)的分析方法与标准分析方法及经典分析比较误差最小,总氮误差值在+0.031~+0.064之间,总磷误差值为+0.006,均远远小于α_(0.05)显著水平,且同时满足化学分析规定的误差要求;同时确定自动分析仪不能直接采用1997年7月1日颁布的国家行业标准总氮分析——克达尔法。
This paper analyzes the contents of total nitrogen and phosphorus in tobacco through 8 treated experiments with automatic analyzer. The results show that the error for the fifth treatment (0. 125g tobacco sample mixing with 0. 125g cupric sulphate, 1. 25g potassium sulphate, and 9 mL dense sulphuric-acid, the fixed volume after digestion is 250 mL) .compared with the methods of standard analysis and classical analysis, is the smallest. The error value of total nitrogm ranged from +0. 031 to +0. 064,and +0. 006 for the error value of total phosphorus on the basis of variance analysis. The two values are much less than the significant level of a at 0. 05, meeting the requirement of chemical analysis, which proves that this is an ideal analytical method. Meanwhile automatic analyzer can' t directly adopt the professional standard YC/T31 - 1996 of the total nitrogen analysis promulgated on July 1 , 1997, namely, Chedal method.
