摘要
以实例为基础,解释了保证率法、频率法和保证率-频率法的具体做法和概念,并在相互比较的基础上说明只要采取不同的保证率值和频率值,任一方法均可获得同一最低设计通航水位,最后推荐采用国内外得到广泛应用的保证率法。
Based on real examples, this paper explains the concrete method and concept of Guarantee rate method, Frequency method,as well as Guarantee rate-Frequency method. On the basis of the comparison among them, it is proved that the same design lowest navigable water level will be obtained with any method when different values of Guarantee rate and Frequency are selected. At last, the Guarantee rate method which is widely utilized at home and abroad is recommended.
