摘要
基于计算机网络技术、群体决策支持系统、数据库技术、神经网络和模糊数学理论及人工智能技术,结合文档处理、图表处理工具软件,阐述开发的水运工程咨询监理信息系统软件的主要功能、数据流程、主要技术特点和组网方案。
This paper introduces the main function, data flow chart, main technical characteristics and computer network design program of CSMIS based on Internet/Intranet, group decision support system, database technology, neural network, fuzzy mathematics theory and artificial intellectual technology, and in combination with two software tools of file-processing and chart-processing.
