煅前/煅后石油焦制高比表面积活性炭的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以大港煅前石油焦及其煅烧处理后得到的煅后石油焦为主要原料,采用KOH活化法制备了高比表面积活性炭,并着重就活化剂加入方式、原料粒度、活化温度和活化时间等对煅前石油焦和煅后石油焦制备HSAAC进行了对比研究。结果表明,在相同的实验条件下以煅后焦为原料制得的活性炭比表面积最大仅为1152 m^2/g,而煅前焦制得的活性炭比表面积可达3 060 m^2/g,说明与煅后焦相比,煅前焦是制备高比表面积活性炭的较好原料。 Activated carbons with high specific surface area (HSAAC) is a new type carbon material, which could be used for natural gas storage and electric double - layer capacitor. In the present paper, HSAACs were prepared from petroleum coke and its calcined coke by chemical activation method with KOH as activating agent. The HSAACs from two kinds of raw materials were compared and discussed in terms of the adding and mixing way of KOH, the size of raw materials, the activation temperature and time. The results show that HSAAC with a specific surface area of 3 060 m2/ g could be obtained from petroleum coke, while under the same experimental conditions, the specific surface area of activated carbon obtained from the calcined coke is only 1 152 m2/g. Obviously, in comparison to the calcined petroleum coke, the raw petroleum coke is a better starting material for the preparation of HSAAC.
