摘要
综述了近年来有关石墨类负极材料的表面改性与修饰方法,主要有表面氧化还原、掺杂其他元素和形成包覆层等方法,这些方法可有效提高石墨电极的容量、库仑效率及大电流性能,分析了这些方法能提高电极性能的原因并指出了存在的问题。
The research progresses for modification of graphite negative electrode materials for lithium ion batteries in recent years were reviewed. The methods of modification included surface oxidation and reduction, doping other elements, and the surface coating of graphite with a layer of disordered carbon, and so on. Some improvements in capacity, coulombic efficiency and high rate dischargeability of negative graphite materials were achieved. The enhancing of electrochemical performance was analyzed and the problems existing were proposed.
