不同湿黑球温度下军事劳动允许时间的预测

THE PREDICTION OF THE PERMISSIBLE MILITARY LABOUR TIMES UNDER DIFFERENT WET GLOBE TEMPERATURES

本实验依据湿黑球温度(WGT)与人体生理反应以及劳动持续时间之间的关系,绘制出比较简便、适宜于我军使用的诺模图及劳动允许时间表,目的是为热环境军事劳动提供二种简单、快速预测劳动允许时间的方法及其具体参考值。

The purpose,pf this paper was to provide asimple and convenient nomogram for men working at moderate and heavy labour in hot humid environments by studying the relationships among the changes of WGT and physiological responses of human (?)dy as well as labour times. 114 fit adult males were divided into two groups. There were 54 subjects for moderate labour and 60 for heavy labour In the experiments, the subjects marched at two speeds of 5 and 6 km. hr^(-1) with a backpack of about 20kg (33% of body weight) under different wet globe temperatures ranging from 26.3 to 31.1℃. Physiological parameters such as heart rate, rectal temperature etc were measured.The results showed that (1) there are Very close relationships among WGT, heart rate body temperature index (HTI) and labour time, that is to say, p<0.01; (2) the regression equations of WGT (x_1), HTI (x_2) and labour time (?) are: (?)(min)=-55.1471x_1(℃)+1.4510x_2+1536.4216 and (?)(min)=-40.6157x_1(℃)+0.9334x_2+1158.0258 for moderate and heavy labour respectively; (3) simple and convenient nomograms from which the permissible labour times can be predicted were developed on the basis of the experimental data relevant to WGT and HTI; (4) parameters got by the nomograms were consistent with results assessed by a comprehensive method.It is suggested that the nomograms and tables about labour time may be extensively used in the experimental studies and the practical works.
