摘要
通过分析气相流化床的流化状态 ,指出了UNIPOL工艺结块、结片的部位、原因 ,并提出了通过保持流化床的状态、消除静电的方法以及采取其它外部条件来防止结块、结片 ,以延长系统的运行周期。
Through analyzing the fluidized state of gas phase fluid-bed, The position and reason of forming chunks and sheets in UNIPOL process are pointed out. Through keeping the state of gas phase fluid-bed,climinating static electricity and taking other measures,the forming of chunks and sheets is prevented,the running cycle is prolonged.
